Continuously bastes your potjie throughout its cooking duration. Easy to use:

1. Brown Onions and Meat.

2. Move Onions and Meat to one side.

3. Slide the Potjie Perc into the bottom of the potjie (without snuffer).

4. Place all the ingredients around and on top of the potjie perc base.

5. Cover and wait for your food to be ready.

When your food is cooked:

1. Take the pot off the heat and allow to stand a few minutes.

2. Open the lid towards you in case any liquid is still coming out of the percolator.

3. Using tongs, put the enclosed snuffer over the Potjie Percolator spout.

4. Dish up & Enjoy! Lekker!!!
